The biden/harris administration along with Obama admin set education back to little to nothing. They pushed CRT and DEI through the teachers union instead of teaching reading writing all the must have critical skills our children need to complete with other countries around the world. So much damage was done it will take years to repair what they’ve done to our children
It’s unfortunate that most parents have to work. The ideal scenario would be the parents at least one of them stay home for the first five years and get them the Headstart in teaching and learning so it isn’t dependent on the teachers just start with zero and think that they’re going to Turn things around having grown up in California and having a learning disability child and fighting to get his education, then moving to Washington state the same thing only it was even worse than I thought. I was lucky enough. There is a few good teachers out there, but it took megoing to the school and sitting in on the classroom to see what truly going on and every parent should do that it’s Eye opening
My son and his family moved because their disabled daughter was being groomed by her teacher and the school didn’t want the teacher removed or disciplined.
Wish I could post a graphic here that a Texas educator is using to compare public education vs. the Texas school choice proposal. I would love some feedback on it by Mr. DeAngelis or someone else in the “Texas know.”

Iowa is looking better to me all the time. Illinois doesn’t have school choice. But they do have a far leftist ideology in JB Pritzker.👎🤮
