Programed efforts such as DEI are intended to create groupthink. Look back through history and some have been very impactful. See Marxism as noted above. The fear of those purporting such efforts is the classic idea of critical thinking. The “Education “ gang likes to pervert this effort to benefit their own aims. Teach your kids to look beyond the glazing of the carrots.
I second that. Right now, I'm racking my brains and wondering if I'm inadvertently supporting DEI-driven companies with my money. For the record, I go out of my way to shop local, but it's mainly the national and multi-national chains I'm worried about.
And I'd like to add that, DEI proponents will tell you that it's not a serious thing. But I can tell you from multiple sources that it is. I remember attending my first virtual work meeting, and they informed us that the company only comprised 42 percent of women. Their goal, as they clearly stated, was 45 percent.
Furthermore, I also know people who work in HR departments, and they have thrown around the phrase "protected group" often. And, I can also tell you from experience, that yes, companies that look at DEI as a religious dogma WILL double down. I've seen rumblings of that occurring a little too close to home as well.
It's crazy how much one can learn about this not only from excellent content like what we see above, but also from our own experiences.
DEI is nothing more than Marxism re bottled. Garbage ideology from the democrat party. A mixture of new age Nazi and totalitarian initiatives. 💩💩👎👎
I've heard neo-Marxism, as Ayaan Hirsi Ali stated, and I've also heard the phrase cultural Marxism thrown around.
It’s Marxist ideology pure and simple
Commies gonna commie 'till we stop 'em. Like rust, they never sleep, never stop....
Onward, Christian soldiers!
When a Nation is "targeted" to be destroyed, they bring in DEI first.
Communism is an excellent example.
Even if they use it in different ways and brand it as something else, it's still DEI or a version thereof at the end of the day.

'Groupthink' was the first term I thought of way back when I first learned a little about what DEI is.
Thank you for this paper...
This cannot be normalized
Please provide names of these companies. I for one do not want to be buying anything from them! Ask the grands, they could not believe deleted Disney!

"Natural Selection" is the best and fairest way to achieve success.
The philosophy failed?
Not soon enough.
It couldn't have happened to a worse more evil philosophy
