It's about time. Sanity might be making a comeback.
DEI is going the way of the dodo bird. The top companies in the United States are dropping most, if not all, DEI requirements. The logic in doing so is that DEI has served its purpose. Corporate America has become diverse, equitable and inclusive across recent decades. It’s time to return to pre-DEI normalcy.
America Welcomes the Return of the Meritocracy
The time has come for a return to the American ideal of meritocracy. We’ve spent decades hiring unqualified or underqualified racial and ethnic minorities to comply with DEI requirements. Let’s call a spade a spade: DEI discriminates against meritorious white people and men.
DEI is both sexist and racist yet it was allowed as the law of the land for decades. Racial minorities have been hired and promoted without sufficient justification. As a result, thousands of companies are now eliminating DEI programs in favor of something closer to meritocracy.
