Long before the President said it every. Single. Person. on the planet knew there is only 2 varieties of humans( in deed all species) male and female. No question. Twisting words like gender to mean who and how you perform a sexual act with will never change that. Making a skin suit of the opposite sex out of your body won't change that. Dousing every cell in your body with an overdose of hormones won't change it. It's just a very expensive and dangerous Halloween costume or as the kids call it these days" cosplay"
The DNA your creator endowed you with at the moment of conception is unique and contains the blueprint of you. It can't be changed. And as perfectly unique as it is, it comes in 2 varieties XX or XY. period. Everything else is vanity and human self importance.
Context does matter. We didn’t hear specifically about what the student objected to, though I doubt it was anything like “transgenderism has been debunked.” The teacher said she had taught “biological facts,” but I doubt that too; yet it would have been useful to know what the teacher thought those “facts” were. The student misrepresented her position by saying at least twice that it’s “illegal” to teach whatever woke nonsense was probably puked onto those students. Contrary to the executive order, yes, likely, but unfortunately that does not have the force of law unless the DoJ presses the point, and the DoE, whatever is left, uses the power of the purse to cut off their funding. It would be not enough for them to stop teaching falsehoods, they must be held to account in teaching the truth.
That being said, what exactly was the class? Sociology would make sense, in as much as trans is a social contagion and thus analysis is warranted. Psychology, maybe biology too. That wouldn’t justify sacking the prof.
Now if it was a class with zero cultural dependency like the hard sciences (math, physics, chemistry) then it’s an attempt at indoctrination
