ELON MUSK: Biden Just Delivered "INSANE" Death Blow to Title IX

Women deserve a right to their own sports. Don't you agree?

On June 23, 1972, President Nixon formally signed Title IX into law. This part of the Civil Rights Act expressly prohibits gender-based discrimination in various educational programs and activities that receive federal funding. 

Since coming into law over 50 years ago, Title IX has been essential in making sure that male and female individuals each have equal access to opportunities across education, sports, and other arenas. 

Unfortunately, biological males wishing to compete in women’s sports are waging an all-out war against the Nixon-signed provision. These males also hold a track record of only coming around to identifying as women after previously washing out in competitions against their fellow males.

None of that really matters to people who believe that any man “identifying” as a woman actually is one. In fact, the attacks on Title IX are backed by our nation’s top Democrats, including Joe Biden himself. In mid-April, the president rubber-stamped a “rewrite” that essentially makes this provision null and void. 

Anything to Appeal to the Woke Left

Biden and his allies would have folks believe that his amendment to Title IX simply “expands” it. In actuality, the president opened the door for biological males cosplaying as women to have free reign. No matter how he or his allies attempt to explain the changes made to Title IX, this is what the situation boils down to.

These males will now be able to share dorm rooms, bathrooms, and locker rooms with women. Biden’s gutting of Title IX also means that biological males who “identify” as women can take actual women’s scholarships. Women who oppose this are already being called hateful and bigoted.
