DEI is slowly being removed at the corporate and university levels in many states throughout America. However, some of the largest and most innovative companies are sadly still clinging to these faulty ideals.

Many of these programs exclude talented individuals who fall into the wrong group, many of which could benefit themselves and the US economy through such programs. US corporations have the potential to attract innovative talent both inside and outside of the United States and should have a laser focus on merit instead of race or sex. Any other approach will only lead to increased racism, as well as declining standards and innovation.

Surprisingly, major corporations like Apple are still clinging to some of these toxic DEI policies and excluding a large pool of qualified talent, including some poor and minority groups.
